A second statue of President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the FDR Memorial in Washington DC. This statue was not part of the original design of the memorial but was added later after a controversy about the main statue obscuring the fact that Roosevelt relied on a wheelchair. This statue was added in 2001. This particular shot is taken in winter.
