A late-16th century oil on wood painting of Madonna del Popollo. The Museu de São Roque is a museum attached to the the Igreja de Sao Roque to display various historical religious artefacts from the church. The 16th century Igreja de São Roque was one of the earliest Jesuit churches in Christendom and features a series of ornately decorated Baroque chapels.
