Smithsonian National Museum of African Art Lalla Essaydi Mulitmedia Exhibit. Part of a photography exhibit by Moroccan-born artist Lalla Essaydi at the Smithsonian African Art Museum. This section of the exhibit is titled Les Femmes de Maroc; the full display is titled Revisions. The Smithsonian National Museum of African Art was opened at its current location in 1987 as a mostly underground facility behind the Smithsonian Castle on Washington DC's National Mall. It is dedicated to ancient and contemporary African art. EDITORIAL USE ONLY.
